    Shipping policy

    Delivery period

    • The shipping time is 7 to 9 working days. 
    • Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, not during holidays or weekends.
    • Delivery times start counting from the moment your order payment is confirmed.
    • When the payment is by card or PayPal, the confirmation is immediate
    • For some products delivery times may vary; in those cases the delivery time will always appear on the product page.

     

    Delivery Method

    We work mainly with DHL to try to guarantee the reliability of the delivery times.

     

     

    Shipping costs

    Shipping is free of charge for orders over 150$.

    If your order does not exceed 150$, 25$ + VAT will be added to the cost of the purchase as postage.

      

    VERY IMPORTANT

    In some exceptional cases the products may suffer a lack of stock and the shipment may be delayed. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible so that you can either change the item, obtain a refund on your purchase or simply wait for us to receive it in stock.
