Return Policy
- All returns must be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- Please e-mail roy@mdsint.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to sending back your return. Include your name, complete address, and order number in your e-mail
- Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
- Any returns with this number not clearly written on the outside of the package will be returned to sender and no credit will be issued.
- A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns, or your request for credit will not be honored.
- Please inspect each shipment immediately upon receipt. Claims can only be considered within three days after receiving merchandise.
- If you have received the wrong item, a damaged item, or your order is missing an item please notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
- All returned items must be unopened in original packaging and properly packaged. Credit will not be issued for improperly packaged, opened or used items unless defective or reasonably
- Items returned for reasons other than damage or defect will be returned at the shipper’s expense and will incur 20% re-stocking fee.
